We were having an Easter brunch at my sister-in-law’s house and she’d planted lovely Gerbera Daisies in her outdoor planters. There was still a light drizzle but I liked how it looked on the flowers.
A lot more photos after the cut.

I’ve started buying some fresh flowers for my office on a periodic basis. I loved this batch of tulips.
The bed of hyacinths were in bloom at my son’s school. Lovely colors and an amazing scent. Just the thing to make me smile.
The salmonberry and raspberry (I think) plants around the house are starting to wake up and seriously bloom. Not moving too fast, though, since it’s still pretty chilly and wet, but there are buds opening up all over. Today I managed to snap a few closeups in the ten minutes or so between rainshowers.

Pet the cat, dammit!
